When you visit this site

This site sets no cookies and uses no audience measurement or advertising tools. Its host, Vercel Inc., receives technical data, such as your IP address, browser and the pages requested, to display the site and protect it. This processing relies on the publisher’s legitimate interest in running the site.

The calculator

The numbers you set stay in your browser. They are neither saved nor sent.

When you book a call

Booking takes place on Cal.com, a service of Cal.com, Inc. The information you enter there, such as your name and email, is used to arrange the call and reply to you afterwards. This processing answers your request, ahead of a possible contract. This data is kept for at most 3 years after our last exchange.

When you write by email

Your message and contact details are used to reply to you. They are kept for at most 3 years after our last exchange.

Who receives your data

Your data is neither sold nor rented. It only goes to the providers that are needed: Vercel, Cal.com and the publisher’s email provider.

Outside the European Union

The publisher works remotely, outside the European Union, and Vercel and Cal.com are US companies. Your data may therefore be processed outside the European Union. The safeguards of these two companies are described in their policies, linked above.

Your rights

You can ask to access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict it or receive a portable copy, and you can object to its processing. Write to contact@synkro.systems. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority, in France the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Data entrusted during an engagement

A client company’s data stays on its own accounts. A personal data annex (GDPR Article 28) comes with the contract.
